Starry Eve Christmas quilt

Hi everyone, I know it’s a little early, and we’ve only just finished our Christmas holiday season not that long ago. There’s always another Christmas season coming up around the corner, and before we know it, it’s that most wonderful time of the year again. Today, I’d like to share with you one of my newest patterns.  This ‘Starry Eve’ Christmas quilt pattern.   The Starry Eve quilt featuring it’s Christmas theme quilt block is simple to stitch together, and it takes 1 charm pack, plus 2 fat quarters to complete the top. It’s not  hard to enjoy piecing this one together, as it doesn’t matter where the fabric colours are placed, the pattern is sure to come out fine.

The fabric that was chosen, for the sample quilt, is from Kate Spain, called North Woods for Moda fabrics.  I love the colours how they bounce around each other, giving it a modern Christmas colour theme.  The quilt has white solid fabric background making the Christmas colours pop.

Cutting the fabric took hardly any time so that there was  enough to make 4 quilt blocks.  Stitching the quilt, also came together quickly.

So until next time.

Happy sewing.
