Today, I’d like to finally share with you my Star Rising Quilt. After moving house, and unpacking, then, finding time to quilt, here is the finished quilt. The quilt doesn’t take long, when all is going according to plan.
Star Rising Quilt is the first, and largest quilt I’ve made, and have been quite happy with the result. Easy to make. Just repeat the first block over times 9, and there you have it. If you want to find out about the Star Rising Quilt block, just click here.
The fabric used here is called ‘Merry Merry’ by Kate Spain for Moda fabrics. The finished quilt top takes 2 charm packs, plus 1 metre of white fabric for the background.
