It’s been a while since bringing out a Mini Quilt pattern, so here it is…today would like to share with you my latest quilt called ‘Goldy Fish Mini Quilt’. I’ve always loved having goldfish around, as they give such a calming effect. Easy pet to keep, and happy to give anyone attention as long as there’s fish food around.
Goldy Fish Mini Quilt measures 15″ x 14″. The mini quilt pattern comes in pdf printable colour version format and is available in my shop for ready download.
The fabric I’ved used is a combo of Tilda Circus, by Tilda; Summerfest, by April Rosenthal for Moda Fabrics; various gingham and spotty yellow scrap fabric; as well as white solid fabric for the sky. If you can call it a sky in a fishtank.
The binding was made from scraps I had left over from a Tilda Tiny Treasures Charm Pack. The sample has a top stitching around each section in the Goldy Fish Mini Quilt, as you can see here.
The pattern contains easy to follow directions with step by step colour illustrations at each stage of making the Goldy Fish Mini Quilt.
